Years ago I had heard of the Feldenkrais Method. When Monica Browne offered the class, I signed up to find out about it. The class made me aware that movement of any body part surprisingly affects so many other parts. As a result of the gentle exercises my walking posture has improved and loosened up, also many everyday tasks are easier. With continued classes and practice, the new moves will replace the old inefficient, habitual moves that have caused me pain.
