Feldenkrais classes relieved my chronic lower back pain and improved my posture. Initially I was skeptical, the movements small & gentle, but after the first class I felt better. Gradually I began to understand how I was using my body incorrectly. The body scan at the beginning and end of the class created an awareness of my body’s poor alignment. I started the classes six months ago. Now when someone mentions aches and pains I tell them about Feldenkrais.
